Returns Policy
Whilst we are confident that the product/s purchased from The Cut will meet your requirements to your satisfaction, there may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us.
Change Of Mind
If you have changed your mind on a purchase we can provide you with an exchange for your item or provide a gift card provided that:
- The item is returned to us within 14 days of purchase
- You have The Cut receipt for the goods purchased
- The item is in original saleable condition:
– with all original tags still attached
– in an unworn, unopened or unused state
If you are not able to meet the conditions above, we may reserve the right to refuse the return.
Items are not able to be refunded for change of mind, except where the item is faulty or defective.
Faulty or Defective Items
If the item you purchased:
- Does not do what it’s normally supposed to do
- Has a defect
- Is not unacceptable in appearance or finish
- Is unsafe, or
- Doesn’t do what our staff member said it would
you can choose an exchange, gift card or refund.
The Cut will attempt to fix the problem first, provided the issue is minor and can be fixed within a reasonable time.
